All of our guards receive extensive training during their induction period while being monitored and mentored by our supervisors.

Our work with Workforce Australia means we employ people living with a disability, injury, over 45, health condition and those who require additional support.

To date we have successfully placed over 500+ employees into work from our community providers with a 92% retention.

We provide access to voluntary and confidential counselling conducted by qualified psychologists and can address personal and work-related issues. The program is available for all staff members and their immediate families. With an aim to lessen the financial burden in already difficult situations, we have designed the program so that all sessions are free-of-charge.

Recognising the good work our people do daily, not only within our company, but on our social media chanels, drives employee morale and fuels positive company culture.

MASG is committed in ensuring workplace health and safety has the highest priority across our entire business and to the continuous improvement of occupational health and safety standards.

Our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management guidelines are linked closely to national and internationally accredited certification which includes AS/ NZS 4801: 2001 (Health & Safety) and OHSAS 18001: 2007. It is from this platform we have implemented our company OH&S Policy, to convey our commitment to the maintenance of an appropriate OH&S management system where we all work together to ensure not only our own, but each other’s safety at all times.

MA Training Academy specialises in delivering security and industry-specific training with the benefit, experience and expertise of MASG.

Our priority is to equip our industry and students with the skills and knowledge they need to ensure safety and protection for our community, clients, and people. We are focused on creating career pathways for entry level workers and providing opportunities our industry colleagues and clients to upskill.
