MA Services Group won the contract due to our national coverage and our ability to seamlessly absorb the incumbent cleaners into our team. We committed to delivering a customer-focused solution by ensuring that our cleaners were trained to work discreetly and efficiently without causing any disruption to the client’s customers or staff.

We successfully transitioned into the contract within 15 days in New Zealand and 30 days in Australia. During the first month of the contract, we conducted weekly quality inspections to ensure that the cleaning was meeting the client’s standards. We increased our contact with each store manager across Australia and New Zealand, with a dedicated Client Delivery Manager in each Australian state and New Zealand.

Our team worked closely with our client to understand their requirements and tailor our services to meet their needs. We provided additional training to our staff to ensure that they understood the client’s brand and image and delivered a consistent level of service across all stores.
