Today, our team came together in a vibrant show of support, donning rainbow outfits and wearing their allyship with pride. The initiative served as a powerful visual statement of our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture — one where every individual feels safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
IDAHOBIT is a global day of recognition that shines a light on the discrimination still faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals around the world.
