MA Services Group held a morning tea fundraiser for retired police officer Colin Cooper, who is set to participate in the upcoming Police Veterans Victoria (PVV) Kokoda Trek next month. Colin Cooper, a retired officer who served 29 years in the force, is undertaking the challenging trek as a representative of police veterans and current serving members.

Yesterday the MASG Team participated in the annual Angela Taylor Memorial Run/Walk at Albert Park.

Initiated in 1989, this event stands as a poignant tribute to Constable Angela Rose Taylor, whose unwavering dedication to service led her to the ultimate sacrifice. On Thursday, March 27, 1986, Angela took the full force of a car bomb explosion just outside the police complex in Russell Street, Melbourne.

Yesterday, in a remarkable show of unity and compassion, employees across all our offices nationwide participated in a potluck lunch event to raise funds for Redkite, a leading organisation dedicated to supporting children and families impacted by cancer. This initiative, embodying our commitment as Supporting Partners of Redkite, brought together colleagues for a day of delicious food, meaningful conversations, and charitable giving.

During a recent site visit, Northern Territory Chief Minister Eva Lawler expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional work of our Security Officers. Their unwavering dedication ensured the safety and security of remote Indigenous communities evacuated and transferred to safe community spaces during the devastating Cyclone Megan.
