Paul Maroun serves as National Operations Manager of MA Services Group, reporting to Managing Leader Micky Ahuja. With over 10 years’ experience in operations management in all aspects of security, from Patrols, Guarding, Hr, Training, security systems & innovations, Implementation plans, Invoicing and Tenders. Paul strives to enable the company to be more productive by providing effective methods in business operations and facilitate several programs around the daily operation of the company.
Paul has been successfully accomplishing on-boarding of new clients into the business and ensuring they have a smooth user experience. May it be National, or State based clients, including critical infrastructure and Major Hazard Facilities, Paul is the point of contact which ensures operational excellence to MA Services Group.
Whilst liaising with clients, Paul sends service confirmation data, creates, or adjusts site specific instructions and offers service advice and site coverage requirements to our current clients.
Providing timely support to the Accounts team, in connection with new clients, change in clients, checking invoices crediting or adjusting invoice totals.
As MA Services Group’s National Operations Leader, Paul handles the Management of licensing requirements of all staff: staff resourcing, hiring & organizing training institutions, booking courses & accreditations. Setting Policies and procedures for employees to follow. This includes setting policies in the workplace to ensure effective implementation and adherence among every employee.
Implementing new and maintaining prior operational programs including software & hardware along-with resourcing new ones. Prior to MA Services Group, Paul held senior positions in SIS group for Operations Management in Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and New South Wales (NSW) in Australia.
