Our approach to patrol services is built on a boutique model placing a high emphasis on attention to detail. Traditional patrol services are heavily dependent on servicing a large number of clients within a certain range.

Our 24/7 National Operations Centre (NOC) responds to and actions reactive work orders and has patrol resources available for urgent responses. MASG provides the security services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our service is designed to build a specific solution on a client by client basis. Each vehicle is dedicated to a limited number of sites and in certain instances a vehicle is dedicated to only one client. Further to this we also work closely with our Electronic Solutions Team to develop patrol solutions that are more effective than the traditional model.

Our response call out service is built on the foundations of this model. Our patrols are readily available to respond effectively due to the minimal allocation of sites per vehicle model and the sound understanding and attention to detail each patrol officer has within their designated route.

We utilise our own fully integrated state of the art alarm response system that automatically tracks and directs our closest available patrol vehicles and staff to alarm activations at the touch of a button, ensuring you receive the most time effective response and transparent service.

Short Notice & Surge Requests

MASG provides security services 24 hours a day, 365(6) days a year. Outside of normal hours, the 24/7 National Operations Centre (NOC) both responds and actions reactive work orders, and has resources available for additional emergency staffing.

The NOC can activate immediate casual response to any site and coordinate surge requests at the direction of the account manager or appropriate  representative.

The team utilises a range of tools and software which allows the best deployment options for both security officers and patrols.

The team also has all the appropriate systems in place to manage all escalation points that need to be followed during specific incidents. Our online rostering system, supports our ability to dispatch the right personnel.  Our management teams are trained and inducted on site to be readily available for any surge requirements needed.

Most ad-hoc requests received are fulfilled within an hour’s notice and our team actively communicates with client representatives to ensure that they are kept up to date in the fulfilment of each shift.
