Our National Operations Centre (NOC) is the centre of connectivity within our operations, handling thousands of actions per month. All administration and scheduling are managed centrally through NOC for admin and coordination 24/7 as well as for ad-hoc / surge requirements. 

Responsible for coordinating personnel availability and readiness, administration and logistics support and maintain resource scheduling, licensing & compliance. They will assist personnel, supervisors and managers in providing direction to the site based security teams to ensure the security services and other additional requirements are delivered to the agreed standard. Where an Account Manager cannot be reached our customers can contact NOC on 1300 020 406 – 24/7. 

NOC can activate immediate casual response to any site and coordinate roster coverage and surge requests at your direction. The team utilises a range of tools and software which allows the best deployment options for both security officers and patrols. The team also has all the appropriate systems in place to manage all client specific escalation points that need to be followed during specific incidents. 

Emergency, Surge and Ad-hoc Requests – MASG provides the services 24 hours a day, 365(7) days a year. Outside of the business hours, the NOC both responds and actions reactive work orders and has resources available for additional emergency staffing. Our digital infrastructure TrackTik, supports our ability to dispatch the right personnel who are trained, inducted and available to deploy. 


All management and roving supervisors are all trained and inducted on client sites to be readily available for any emergency requirement.
